By purchasing, booking, accessing or participating in a product or service offered by IAM by Isabelle, you agree to these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights that legally apply to you.

-
other wellbeing, personal-development and transformational services
Specific offers may have additional written conditions concerning their duration, content, payment arrangements, cancellation rules or delivery.
Where specific written conditions have been clearly provided for a particular offer, they form part of our agreement.
Mandatory consumer law always takes precedence where it cannot legally be excluded.
2. Eligibility
By purchasing or participating in my services, you confirm that:
-
you are at least 18 years old;
-
you have legal capacity to enter into the agreement;
-
the information you provide is accurate; and
-
you understand the nature of the service or product you are purchasing.
If you purchase my services solely for purposes relating to your own trade, business or profession, some consumer protection provisions, including statutory withdrawal rights, may not apply to you.
3. Nature of My Work
IAM by Isabelle provides coaching, mentoring, education and personal-development services focused on areas including:
-
personal energy management
-
wellbeing
-
lifestyle
-
identity and personal transformation
-
leadership
-
boundaries
-
personal growth
-
mindfulness and meditation
-
embodiment
-
emotional reflection
-
energy practices
-
life and career transitions
My work is designed to support insight, self-awareness, personal responsibility and transformation.
It is a collaborative process and requires the client's own participation, choices and implementation.
4. Medical, Psychological and Professional Disclaimer
IAM by Isabelle does not provide medical treatment, psychological or psychiatric treatment, psychotherapy, diagnosis or emergency healthcare.
My services do not replace qualified medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice.
I do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent medical or mental-health conditions.
If you have a medical condition, significant physical limitation, psychological condition or other concern that may affect your participation, you should obtain appropriate professional advice before participating.
If any meditation, movement, breathwork, embodiment or energy practice feels inappropriate for you, you should stop or modify the exercise.
You remain responsible for your physical and emotional wellbeing and for deciding whether a particular practice is appropriate for you.
5. No Guarantee of Results
I am committed to providing my services professionally and with care, but personal transformation cannot be guaranteed.
I do not guarantee specific:
-
health or wellbeing outcomes;
-
career outcomes;
-
income or financial results;
-
business results;
-
relationship outcomes;
-
emotional results;
-
personal transformation; or
-
spiritual outcomes.
Results depend on many factors, including participation, circumstances, implementation, decisions, consistency and factors outside my control.
Testimonials, success stories and examples represent individual experiences and are not guarantees that another client will experience the same result.
6. Prices and Payments
The price, currency and payment schedule applicable to each offer will be communicated before purchase.
Payment may be collected through third-party payment providers.
Where a payment plan is offered for a fixed-price program, the payment plan is normally an arrangement for paying the total agreed program price in instalments.
It is not a cancel-at-any-time monthly subscription unless expressly described as such.
Subject to statutory withdrawal or termination rights, deciding not to continue participating in a fixed-term program after the applicable cancellation period does not automatically cancel the remaining instalment obligation.
If a payment becomes overdue, I may temporarily suspend access after reasonable notice until the payment issue has been resolved.
7. Consumer Withdrawal Rights
Depending on your country of residence and the circumstances under which you purchase, mandatory consumer laws may give you a legal cooling-off or withdrawal period.
For qualifying EU consumer distance contracts, this will generally include a 14-calendar-day statutory withdrawal period.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove a statutory right that cannot legally be waived.
The way the withdrawal right applies depends on whether you purchase:
-
immediate digital content;
-
live or personalised services;
-
a membership or continuing service; or
-
an in-person service.
These categories are therefore treated separately below.
8. Digital Products and Immediate Digital Access
Digital products may include:
-
toolkits
-
prerecorded tutorials
-
courses
-
assessments
-
guides
-
PDFs
-
downloadable materials
-
audio recordings
-
meditations
-
video libraries
-
recorded masterclasses
-
templates and exercises
Where you purchase digital content and request immediate access before the end of an applicable statutory withdrawal period, you may be asked during checkout to:
-
expressly consent to delivery beginning immediately;
-
expressly request access before the expiry of the withdrawal period; and
-
acknowledge that you lose your statutory withdrawal right once delivery of the digital content begins, where applicable law permits this.
Where these legal requirements have been satisfied and the digital content has been supplied, no refund for change of mind will be provided for that digital content.
This does not affect mandatory rights where digital content is defective, unavailable, materially different from its description or otherwise not supplied in accordance with applicable law.
9. Live Online Coaching and Mentoring
Live and personalised online services include individual coaching, mentoring, group mentoring, live workshops, consultations and similar services personally delivered by me.
These services are different from immediately downloadable digital products.
Where a statutory withdrawal period applies and you ask me to begin providing a service during that period, you expressly request early performance of the service.
If you subsequently exercise a valid statutory withdrawal right before the service has been fully performed, I may, where permitted by applicable law, retain or charge an amount proportionate to the services already supplied.
This may include work reasonably performed as part of the purchased service, such as:
-
coaching or mentoring sessions already delivered;
-
personal preparation;
-
review of submitted materials;
-
personalised feedback;
-
agreed between-session support;
-
resources specifically prepared for you; and
-
other individual work forming part of your program.
Once a service has been fully performed following the legally required consent and acknowledgment, the statutory right of withdrawal may end where applicable law provides for this.
After any statutory withdrawal period has expired, fixed-term coaching and mentoring programs are normally non-refundable for change of mind, non-participation, lack of use or a change in personal circumstances, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
10. Access to Digital Materials Within Coaching Programs
Some coaching and mentoring programs include both live services and immediate access to digital resources.
Providing immediate access to digital materials does not automatically remove any withdrawal right that may legally apply to the live coaching or mentoring component.
Where required, the digital-content and live-service elements will be treated in accordance with the legal rules applicable to each part of the offer.
11. Memberships and Mentoring Collectives
Memberships may include:
-
live mentoring calls;
-
group coaching;
-
community access;
-
recordings;
-
educational materials;
-
meditations;
-
exercises;
-
monthly or weekly themes; and
-
bonus resources.
The applicable membership duration and payment arrangement will be displayed before purchase.
Fixed-Term Memberships
If you purchase a fixed 3-month, 6-month or other stated membership period, the agreement continues for that agreed term.
It does not automatically renew unless automatic renewal is clearly disclosed before purchase.
After an applicable statutory withdrawal period has expired, stopping participation does not normally entitle you to a refund of the unused portion of a fixed membership period.
Automatically Renewing Memberships
Where a membership is specifically offered as an automatically renewing subscription, you may cancel future renewal using the cancellation process provided on the website or relevant platform.
Cancellation prevents future billing after the effective cancellation date.
It does not normally create a retrospective refund for a membership period that has already begun, subject to mandatory consumer law.
12. My 14-Day Guarantee for In-Person Services
For in-person coaching, VIP days, workshops, intensives and similar services booked directly with IAM by Isabelle, I offer the following additional cancellation guarantee:
You may cancel within 14 calendar days after booking and receive a full refund provided the booked service has not yet started.
This is a voluntary commercial guarantee in addition to statutory consumer rights that may apply.
Once the in-person service has started, this voluntary money-back guarantee no longer applies.
If mandatory consumer law provides you with additional rights, those rights remain unaffected.
13. Rescheduling Individual Sessions
I understand that plans sometimes change.
For individual online sessions, please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule.
For individual in-person sessions, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.
Where less notice is provided or you do not attend a scheduled session, the session may be treated as used because the time was specifically reserved for you.
Exceptions may be made at my reasonable discretion for genuine emergencies or exceptional circumstances.
Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
14. Retreats, VIP Days and Events
Certain in-person services may require advance preparation, venue commitments, travel arrangements or payments to third parties.
Additional cancellation conditions may therefore apply to a particular retreat, VIP experience or event.
Any such conditions will be clearly communicated before booking.
Where cancellation occurs after the applicable withdrawal or guarantee period, reasonable non-recoverable costs and work already performed may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law.
15. If I Need to Cancel
If I am unable to provide a purchased service, I may first offer you:
-
a replacement date;
-
an equivalent session;
-
an alternative delivery format; or
-
another reasonable solution.
If I cancel a service and cannot reasonably provide an alternative, you will receive a refund for the part of the service that has not been provided.
I am not normally responsible for independently booked flights, accommodation or other third-party travel expenses except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
For retreats or travel-based services, clients are strongly encouraged to use appropriate travel insurance and flexible travel arrangements.
16. Community Standards
Clients and members participating in group programs and communities are expected to communicate respectfully and protect the privacy of other participants.
You agree not to:
-
harass, threaten or abuse another participant;
-
deliberately disrupt sessions;
-
share another participant's confidential information;
-
distribute private screenshots or recordings;
-
spam or repeatedly solicit other participants;
-
share illegal or seriously harmful content; or
-
copy or distribute protected IAM by Isabelle material.
Serious or repeated violations may result in removal from the group or community.
Where access is terminated because of serious misconduct, any refund entitlement will be determined reasonably and in accordance with applicable law.
17. Confidentiality
Personal information may be shared during coaching, mentoring or group discussions.
I will treat information shared with me in individual coaching as confidential, subject to legal obligations and situations involving serious immediate safety concerns where disclosure may legally be required.
Participants in group programs are also expected to respect the confidentiality of others.
However, because other participants are independent individuals, I cannot absolutely guarantee that another participant will comply with confidentiality expectations.
18. Recording of Sessions
Certain group sessions, workshops or membership calls may be recorded for participant access.
Where a session will be recorded, participants will be informed in advance or at the beginning of the session.
Participants may be given options such as keeping their camera off and refraining from speaking if they do not wish their image or voice to form part of a participant recording.
Identifiable recordings, photographs, testimonials, voice recordings or client stories will not be used publicly for advertising or promotional purposes solely because you participated in a program.
Where appropriate, separate permission will be requested for promotional use.
19. Testimonials
If you provide feedback or a testimonial, I may ask for permission to use it publicly.
Where identifiable personal information, photographs, video or sensitive personal experiences are involved, appropriate consent will be obtained before promotional use where required.
Giving feedback does not automatically require you to agree to public marketing use.
20. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, materials created and supplied by IAM by Isabelle remain the intellectual property of Isabelle v. Boetticher.
This includes, where applicable:
-
videos;
-
audio recordings;
-
meditations;
-
guides;
-
worksheets;
-
assessments;
-
presentations;
-
exercises;
-
frameworks;
-
methodologies;
-
written materials;
-
graphics;
-
course content; and
-
recordings.
Purchasing a product or service grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the materials for your own purposes.
Unless you have my prior written permission, you may not:
-
copy or reproduce the material for distribution;
-
give paid material to another person;
-
resell it;
-
publish it online;
-
incorporate it into your own paid program or course;
-
commercially teach from it;
-
upload it to public file-sharing systems; or
-
use my voice, image, content or materials to create AI clones, synthetic media or AI training datasets.
21. Technology and Third-Party Platforms
Online services may use third-party providers such as video-conferencing software, payment providers, email platforms, learning platforms or file-storage services.
You are responsible for having reasonable internet access and a suitable device.
Temporary interruptions outside my reasonable control do not automatically create a refund right where access can reasonably be restored.
Nothing in this provision limits statutory remedies where a digital product or service legally fails to conform to the contract.
22. Failed Payments and Payment Disputes
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact me first so that I can investigate the issue promptly.
Nothing in these Terms restricts your right to contact your bank, card issuer, payment processor or consumer authority or to exercise a lawful payment-dispute or consumer-protection right.
Where an agreed payment legitimately remains outstanding, access to ongoing services may be suspended after reasonable notice until the matter is resolved.
23. Changes to Programs and Schedules
I may make reasonable changes to session times, supporting materials, platforms, guest contributors or delivery methods where this is necessary to operate or improve a program.
I will not intentionally make changes that materially remove the essential service that you purchased without offering an appropriate solution.
Where a material change significantly reduces the agreed service, any remedies required by applicable consumer law remain available.
24. Personal Responsibility
Coaching and mentoring are collaborative processes.
You remain responsible for:
-
your decisions;
-
your actions;
-
whether and how you implement suggestions;
-
seeking professional healthcare or other specialist advice where appropriate;
-
communicating relevant concerns;
-
participating at a level that feels safe and appropriate for you.
You always remain free to decide whether a particular coaching suggestion, reflection or personal practice is appropriate for you.
25. Limitation of Responsibility
To the fullest extent legally permitted, IAM by Isabelle is not responsible for indirect losses or outcomes arising solely from a client's independent decisions, failure to participate, failure to implement, third-party services or circumstances outside my reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Nothing in these Terms removes statutory rights relating to services or digital products that are defective, materially misdescribed or not supplied as agreed.
26. Force Majeure and Events Outside Reasonable Control
I am not responsible for delays caused by circumstances genuinely outside my reasonable control, including serious illness, natural disasters, severe weather, war, government restrictions, widespread internet or platform failures, transport disruption or comparable emergencies.
Where possible, I will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the affected service, provide alternative access or reach another fair solution.
27. Privacy and Personal Data
Personal information will be processed in accordance with the IAM by Isabelle Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to certain processing of your personal data.
Please refer to the Privacy Policy available on www.iambyisabelle.com for further information.
28. Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with a service or product, please contact:
Isabelle v. Boetticher / IAM by Isabelle
Email: [INSERT EMAIL]
I will make reasonable efforts to address complaints fairly and promptly.
Using this complaints process does not restrict any statutory consumer remedy.
29. Withdrawal Requests
Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, you may exercise it using the electronic withdrawal function provided on the website or by sending an unambiguous written statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract.
You do not need to give a reason where statutory law provides an unconditional withdrawal right.
A model withdrawal form appears at the end of these Terms.
30. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
IAM by Isabelle provides services internationally.
The law and jurisdiction applicable to a particular contract will therefore be determined in accordance with applicable legal and conflict-of-laws rules.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a consumer of mandatory consumer protection granted by the law that legally applies to them.
In particular, where mandatory consumer laws of a client's country of habitual residence apply, those protections remain unaffected.
Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to bring proceedings exclusively in a jurisdiction where such a requirement would be prohibited by applicable consumer law.
31. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in services, business practices or legal requirements.
The version applicable when you make your purchase will normally continue to govern that purchase.
Later changes will not retrospectively remove rights already acquired under an existing contract unless legally permitted and validly agreed.
32. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
33. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with:
-
the relevant offer or sales page;
-
checkout information;
-
any offer-specific terms;
-
the Privacy Policy; and
-
any written individual agreement between us
form the agreement relating to your purchase.
Where an individually agreed written term conflicts with these general Terms, the individually agreed term will normally take priority, subject to mandatory law.
