Meet Isabelle
Since then, I have changed careers several times, deepening my expertise in personal leadership development across diverse settings. I have lived and worked in France, Germany, Haiti, South Africa, the UK, and the Dominican Republic, and collaborated with international donor organizations, consultancy firms, global institutions, and grassroots initiatives.
Growing up in a German-Haitian household shaped my understanding of cultural and linguistic diversity and its impact on leadership, identity, and personal thriving. My own journey — including embracing my sensitivity as a strength — taught me the importance of responsibility, self-honesty, and asking for support when needed.
I became a first-time entrepreneur at 48, realizing a long-held dream of living and working between my two home cultures, Germany and Haiti, while raising my son into a responsible global citizen.
Before that, I spent over 20 years in leadership development within corporate and international contexts. Although I was successful and well compensated, I was no longer fulfilled. I struggled with chronic skin rashes and recurring infections, clear signs that something was out of alignment. As a part-time working mother in a leadership role, it became evident that growth opportunities were limited, despite consistently exceeding my targets.
Lacking the confidence to leave, I stayed longer than I should have — until a trusted business partner helped me see that remaining in an unsatisfying situation was costing me far more than leaving it. I faced my fears, challenged long-held beliefs, and applied for roles I had never dared to consider before. I secured a larger position and succeeded in it.
Through this process, I reclaimed my energy, confidence, and sense of purpose, building a life that feels aligned and sustainable. Today, supporting others in releasing inner blockages, reconnecting with their strength, and stepping into their personal and professional potential is deeply fulfilling work for me.
My intention is simple: to support you in uncovering your inner strength, trusting yourself, and moving toward the life you want to live.
