This unusually cold winter invited me into a deeper and more intense pause.A lot more rest. More quiet time. More space for reflection — and yes, a little extra hot chocolate.
Maybe you felt it too — a quiet invitation to listen to your inner needs and reconnect with a renewed sense of possibility.
In that stillness, I connected with what feels most true and purposeful — in my life and in my work. Something naturally evolved.
As I step into this next chapter, I’m delighted to share an important evolution.
What many of you have known as Cayae has now been reconceived as:
IAM by Isabelle.
Today, I’m delighted to introduce the new brand and the launch of my redesigned website.
Because who I am, has always been the foundation of my work —
and helping you reveal the powerful, confident, and thriving woman you truly are, has always been at its core.
The Journey of Evolution
Over the past months, I’ve been listening deeply — to myself, to the women I support, and to what this next chapter is asking to become.
From that space, IAM by Isabelle was created.
At its core, this work has always been about returning to who you truly are — and living, loving, and succeeding from that place of authenticity and wholeness.
